With more than 15 years of Information Technology experience, Carmine is a highly effective and results oriented IT Professional. Prior to forming CEIgroup in 2002, Carmine worked in various positions in IT, including Information Technology Director. As an IT Director, Carmine specifically looked for more efficient, cost effective ways to leverage IT systems throughout the enterprise.

As a Consultant, Carmine has worked on various IT projects at several major corporations, specializing in PC and Application deployment as well as network design.

He holds numerous certifications with some of the world's most renowned technology companies including the Microsoft Small Business Specialist certification. Carmine now brings his wealth of knowledge to CEIgroup as the company's President, with a mission to bring businesses like yours greater success through technology.

Michael Poliandro brings seven years of industry experience to CEI, where he specializes in both the sales and technical operations of the company. Michael is certified in both MCP and A+, with prior work experience as a microsystems specialist at NCCI.
